Objective
Create a new brand for Beaver Run Resort, increase visitation and build upon their internal goals which focus on service. Beaver Run is the largest resort in Breckenridge- enormous in size, but limited in esthetic appeal. This is a "Big" property with great distances from place to place. The new message would have to capitalize on the all-encompassing nature of the resort, while keeping personalized service at the forefront. "We Go Big". Captures the dedication to guest service as it touts the unprecedented list of amenities the resort provides. Limited media exposure inspired attention-getting images that are colorful and fun.
Impact
The new branding campaign succeeded in exceeding the occupancy and revenue goals.
Overall inquiry levels increased by 15 for the first year of the campaign and
as year two progresses first quarter bookings continue to climb and exceed sales
goals.
Accolades
Beaver Run's campaign developed by Hill & Company received the 2004 Adrian Silver
Award for complete campaign at the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International
annual award show.
